Kaitiaki Kids Childcare has a responsibility to ensure the safety of our staff, parents/caregivers and children. As such we will follow the Ministry of Education COVID-19 guidelines.
In these uncertain times, it is essential that processes are followed especially when coming into the childcare facility. These processes include:
Parents and Caregivers
1. Ensure you scan the QR code that is displayed on the entrance gate or foyer area.
2. Ensure you use the attendance tablet when dropping off and picking up your tamariki.
3. If your child is sick, please ensure they stay home and only return once your child is well.
4. If you are a parent or caregiver and you have flu symptoms please do not come into the centre.
5. If you have come into close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, you must contact the centre immediately at 972 4265
6. If COVID-19 alert levels change we will update our website and our Facebook Page accordingly
Contractors and Visitors
1. Ensure you scan the QR code that is displayed on the entrance gate or foyer area.
2. Ensure you use the attendance tablet when entering the centre and leaving the centre.
3. If you are sick we ask you refrain from coming to the centre.
4. If you come to the centre you must wear a mask.
5. Before you come into the centre, please ensure an appointment has been made.
